We understand that mistakes happen in ordering. We can take back any filters ordered that are NOT custom made sizes. You must pay ALL shipping charges to get credit back on the return. We pay your original shipping charges, as shipping is free on our website when you order, but if you have to return the filters, we cannot refund you for the original shipping that we have paid for. You will only get credit back for the filter costs. You have 30 days from when you receive your filters to send them back and get credit. We will charge a 15% restocking fee to filters sent back without an exchange. If there is writing on the box or damages, you may not get any credit at all on returns. If filters are taken out of plastic wrapping or used, you will get no credit back.
Returns cost us both extra money, so we ask that you order with care and measure all filters before placing an order.
